摘 要:针对斜柱塞泵运动规律受到柱塞倾角的影响,较直柱塞泵更为复杂的特性,为了提高设计精度,在对斜柱塞泵柱塞的运动学及动力学特性进行传统的空间几何理论分析基础上,以A11VO190型斜柱塞泵为研究对象,用Pro/E软件和ADAMS软件制作A11VO190型泵的虚拟样机.分析柱塞的运动学特性,并与理论分析结果比较表明,理论推导的运动方程是正确的,虚拟样机技术能够正确模拟柱塞泵各部位复杂的运动关系.The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of piston pump with inclined piston are more complex than that of piston pump with parallel piston due to the piston inclined angle of the former.In order to achieve higher design accuracy,the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of piston pump with inclined piston was studied by using traditional theory of solid geometry.Besides,the virtual prototype of piston pump with inclined piston-A11VO190 pump was fabricated based on Pro/E and ADAMS software.Compared to the theoretical analysis,the simulation showed that the theoretically derived motion equation was proper analysis and the virtual prototype technique coud be applied to the pump design.
