摘　　要：科学、合理、高效的辅导员绩效考评是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要内容,是充分发挥辅导员在学生事务管理工作中核心作用的必然选择。本文分析了目前高校辅导员绩效考核中存在的问题,阐明现有的考核体系指标和分析方法不科学的原因,并根据辅导员的岗位特点,给出了完整的高校辅导员绩效管理系统构建方法。A performance appraisal system of college student counselors with science,rationality and high efficiency,is the major priority in strengthening the construction of counselors at universities,and is an inevitable choice in making instructors fully play their core role in students＇ affairs administration work.This thesis,based on a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the present performance appraisal system of college student counselors,clarifies the unscientific reasons of the present appraisal system indicators and analytic procedures.And then this essay sets up a complete proposal for the construction of performance management of college student counselors,in accordance to the characteristics of the position as counselors.
