摘　　要：翻译是一种跨文化交际,以《孝经》的三个英译本为例,从跨文化的角度探讨了中西方译者在专有名词、句意表达,文体风格等方面的不同,进而得出结论:翻译方法及策略的不同究其根本乃是源于不同文化圈对译者的影响。Translation is the communication between different cultures.From cross cultural perspective,this article compares three English versions of Xiaojing,and highlights their differences in terms of the choice of proper noun,and the conveyance of sentence,and structures and styles of text.The author concludes that differences of translation strategies employed by western and Chinese translators result from culture impact.
