摘　　要：探索高等应用型成人教育人才培养模式是当前成人高等教育发展的热点问题,也是成人高等教育转型发展的途径之一。为此,从培养目标、制度、过程、内容和评价等方面分析了高等应用型成人教育人才校企合作培养模式的构建方法,以有效提高成人教育在职学习学员的综合素质与实践应用能力,同时还探讨了这一培养模式的主要特征及其质量保障体系的建设。Exploring the training model for application-oriented talents in adult higher education has become a realistic problem as well as an approach to adult education transformation development. The paper analyzes the construction of college-enterprise cooperation training model from aspects of the training goal, system, process, content and evaluation so as to improve the learners＇ comprehensive quality and application ability. Furthermore, the characteristics of the model and the construction for quality security system are discussed.
