摘　　要：为紧密配合教育部实施质量工程,深化教学改革,将全面质量管理的理念引入到教学管理中,构建教学质量标准制度健全;监控体系严密、机制灵活;信息畅通、管理严格三位一体的教学质量监控体系,使质量工程工作落到实处。For closely harmonizing the Quality Engineering Project（QEP） sponsored by Ministry of Education,the concept of comprehensive quality administration is introduced into teaching management.The teaching quality supervisory and control system,that is,trinity of sound teaching quality standard system,rigorous and flexible mechanism supervisory system,and unblocked information and strict management,is constructed to fulfill the quality engineering work.
