摘　　要：对温控器的装配过程进行合理规划,对不同的零件设计相应的拾取夹具,以保证零件唯一的状态在位移过程中不会改变。利用振动送料盘实现自动送料与排料。采用数字点位控制及机器视觉功能对零件的拾取并放入塑件壳体内铆接进行准确的控制。实现温控器装配过程的自动化,提高生产效率。The assembly process of temperature controller has been programmed to a reasonable degree.Chucking appliance for pick up parts has been designed and bobbing machine has been use for pay-off different parts.Machine-oriented vision and advanced techniques of controlling point has been adopted.Assembly process automation of temperature controller has been come true.so production efficiency has been raised is remarkable success
