德国“双元制”与工学结合人才培养模式比较探析

摘　　要：通过对德国"双元制"模式及中国的"工学结合"人才培养模式分析及对比,指出了目前国内高职高专教育在实践教学,特别是顶岗实习方面存在的问题。根据"双元制"模式对中国高职教育实施"工学结合"的启示,提出可以采取不同的方式来达到与德国"双元制"相类似的效果。Through analyzing and comparing the Germanys dual-system mode and the Chinese work-study combination mode,the paper puts forward some problems existing in practical teaching,especially in internship of higher vocational education and gives some ideas for Chinese vocational education according to Germanys dual-system mode.
