摘　　要：知书达礼、待人以礼是当代大学生应具备的基本素养,也是增强其社会竞争力的重要方面。反观高校校园,仍有许多学生不知礼、不守礼、不行礼。以高职生礼仪文化素养的现状为切入点,探讨了当代大学生礼仪文化缺失的原因,并指出了提升当代大学生礼仪文化素养的有效途径。Literacy and etiquette are the essential qualities for contemporary college students but also their competitive factors in society.However,many students are lacking in etiquette knowledge and show no respect to others in the campus.The article attempts to analyze the deficiency reasons of etiquette literacy from college students＇ angle,and to elicit the effective ways of constructing students＇ etiquette literacy.
