摘　　要：为推动实验室的发展,提高实验室使用效率,需对实验室进行系统的绩效评价。高校教学实验室的绩效评价指标体系由实验室及仪器设备使用、实验教学、科研与社会服务、实验室管理等4个一级指标和23个二级指标组成。当前对高校教学实验室的绩效评价还存在一定的问题。In order to accelerate the development and enhance the use efficiency of laboratories,the performance of laboratories in universities and colleges must be evaluated by the numbers.The performance evaluation system of teaching laboratories in universities and colleges can be made up of 4 first level indexes,including 23 second level indexes.The first level index system is consisted of the use of laboratories and equipments,experiment teaching,scientific research and social service,and the management of laboratories.Currently,there are still some problems in performance evaluation of laboratories in universities and colleges.
