摘 要:国际化人才是指具有高水平的外语技能和跨文化交际本领的人才。研究了跨文化交际中常见的由语用负迁移引起的语用失误现象。当前的外语教育存在人才培养目标滞后、师资力量有待加强、教学内容亟待更新、教学方法较落后等问题。外语教师应当丰富外语教学实践,强化学生的语用知识,为培养合格的国际化人才而努力。The internationalized talents are meant to be the ones who are qualified with pretty good foreign language competence and cross-culture communication ability.The present paper studies the usual pragmatic failures caused by the negative pragmatic transfer in cross-cultural communication.At present,there are many problems in foreign language teaching,of which the training goal lags behind,teaching faculty needs to be upgraded,teaching contents and teaching methods wait to be altered.So the foreign language teachers should pay special attention to intensify students′ pragmatic knowledge in language learning and provide them with more practice so as to bring them up as qualified internationalized talents.
