摘 要:在中学生中普遍存在着学习倦怠现象,学习倦怠不仅影响学生的学习,而且有碍他们的身心健康。调查显示,造成学生倦怠的原因既有主观因素又有客观因素。具体包括如下:学习压力大,学习内容枯燥无味,学校因素,家庭因素,社会干扰因素以及学生自我效能感低,耐挫力差,缺乏毅力等,相应的解决措施也是多方面的。Learning burnout is very common phenomenon among middle school students. It does not only influence the study of the students, but also effect their mental health. It is investigated that the courses for learning burnout including both subjective and objective factors. The specific causes are great pressure, boring study content, factors from school, family and society, and also the student own lower self - efficacy belitf and poorer defeat of frustration and their lack of perseverance. Accordingly, the solutions to these problems are multiple.
