校企合作对高职学生职业能力培养的影响

摘　　要：校企合作教育是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养的过程,强调以"质量"为核心,不断深化人才培养模式改革,引入企业文化,充分实现人才培养从学校到企业的"无缝对接",本文以"校企合作"模式为例,简述其对高职毕业生职业能力培养的影响。School-enterprise cooperation education is both schools and enterprises jointly participate and talent training process. This education take quality as a core and deepen the reformation of personnel training mode reform constantly,It stresses on introducing the enterprises＇culture and thus realizes the personnel training from school to work.This article takes the school-enterprise cooperation pattern as an example and briefly explains its effects on professional ability training in higher vocational colleges graduates.
