摘　　要：心理素质在一个人的整体素质当中占据着基础地位,它渗透于其他各项素质之中,影响并制约着其他素质的发展。只有建立在符合心理发展规律基础上的思想政治教育才能深入人心。高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的主力军,所以,对于辅导员来讲,能够结合各个年级学生心理特点,总结出行之有效的推进思想政治教育的工作方法就显得尤为重要。Mental qualities is the foundation of a person＇s overall quality . It work in all other qualities,and restrict the development of other qualities. Only by establishing laws in line based on the psychological development of the political education to popular. College counselor is the main force to carry out political education,therefore,the counselor,to combine various psychological characteristics of students and sum up the effective methods to promote political education is particularly important.
