摘  要:目的研究0~2.5 MPa氦氧暴露对潜水员最大握力和手眼协调能力作业绩效影响。方法采用握力计测试不同压力环境中潜水员的左右手握力,徒手使用棉质线穿纽扣孔的方法测试不同压力环境中潜水员的手眼协调能力,对结果采用重复测量方差分析。结果结果0~2.5MPa高气压环境动态地降低了氦氧暴露条件下潜水员的左右手最大握力和手眼协调能力。经重复测量方差分析,表明环境压力对右手握力左手握力(F=1.936,P(0.05)及手眼协调能力(F=9.618,P(0.05)的影响均显著。结论潜水员左右手最大握力值呈明显下降的原因可能与高气压导致的中枢性疲劳有关;而手眼协调能力下降的原因可能与高气压引起中枢神经系统功能紊乱导致手、眼震颤,从而影响作业绩效有关。Objective To investigate the effects of 0~2.5 MPa Heliox exposure on the grip strength and hand-eye coordination of divers.Methods A grip strength meter was used to measure grip strength,and a method of hand-threading buttons with cotton line was proposed to test hand-eye coordination.Results The divers' grip strength and operating capability of hand-eye coordination dynamically decreased under the pressure of 0~2.5 MPa.The results of repetitive measure analysis showed that the effects of different pressure on the divers' grip strength and hand-eye coordination were statistically significant.Conclusion The reason of significant decline of the divers' grip strength may be relate to central fatigue after high-pressure exposure;hand-eye tremble may be caused by dysfunction of central nervous system,which decrease the operating performance of hand-eye coordination consequently.
