摘 要:目的研究甘草酸对体外培养的牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抗菌活性。方法采用微量液体稀释法测定甘草酸对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(minimal bactericidalconcentration,MBC)。用不同浓度的甘草酸培养牙龈卟啉单胞菌,分别于培养0、4、8、12、24、48 h测定细菌悬液600 nm波长处的光密度值,绘制牙龈卟啉单胞菌的生长曲线。结果甘草酸对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的MIC和MBC分别为1.57 g/L和12.5 g/L,甘草酸对牙龈卟啉单胞菌生长的抑制作用随药液浓度的增加而增强。结论甘草酸对体外培养的牙龈卟啉单胞菌的生长有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of Glycyrrhizic acid against Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.gingivals,ATCC 33277) in vitro.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Glycyrrhizic acid against P.gingivals were detected using double dilution protocol.The effect of Glycyrrhizic acid on growth of P.gingivals was investigated by detecting the absorbance of bacteria suspension at definite time intervals(0,4,8,12,24,48 h) during cultured.Results The MIC and MBC determined were 1.57 g·L-1 and 12.5 g·L-1 respectively.Glycyrrhizic acid inhibitted multiplication of bacteria significantly and the effects became stronger with concentration increasing.Conclusion Glycyrrhizic acid can inhibite the growth of P.gingivals in vitro effectively,and inhibiting Glycyrrhizic acid may have good prospect in prevention and cure of periodontal dis
