摘　　要：针对供应链知识共享绩效难以评价的特点,基于知识资本与供应链管理理论提出了包括知识系统、结构资本、人力资本、技术资本、市场资本和竞争力资本等6个一级指标和27个二级指标的评价体系,然后运用模糊综合评价法构建了供应链知识共享绩效评价模型。最后结合1个企业案例对模型进行验证。As a kind of feedback mechanism, performance of knowledge sharing is important to supply chains which have carried out the knowledge sharing. The performance evaluation of knowledge sharing is difficult. Based on the theory of knowledge capital and supply chain management, the paper raises 6 first-class indexes and 27 second- class indexes..The first-class indexes include the knowledge system, structural capital, human capital, technical capital, market capital and competitive capital. Then this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. At last an enterprise is taken as a sample to check the model
