摘 要:茶叶中含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素。本实验采用原子吸收光谱法对一株采自霍山的祖代金鸡茶树根、茎和叶中的微量元素及有害元素铅含量进行了测定。实验结果表明:金鸡茶树中铜和锌的含量变化相似,都是按茎、叶、根的顺序依次降低,其中茎中含铜量最高为32.535mg/kg、含锌量为53.205mg/kg,根中含铜量最低为25.377mg/kg、含锌量为23.43mg/kg;锰元素的含量变化较大,叶中锰含量最高为700.667mg/kg,根其次,茎中含量最低为139mg/kg;铅元素的含量变化没有规则性,根、茎、叶中的铅含量差异很大,且叶的含量低于国家限定的标准,镉元素的含量变化不大。The atomic absorption spectrometr was used in the determination of the trace elements in the Jinji tea’s root,stem and leaf.And it was found there were abundant trace elements in the chatacteristic tea resource Jinji tea.The result indicated:the change of the zinc and copper concentration was similar,both were downward trend as stem,leaf and root.The highest level of copper was 32.535mg/kg,and the highest concentration of zinc was 53.205mg/kg in stem.The lowest level of copper was 25.377mg/kg,and the highest concentration of zinc was 23.43mg/kg in root.The highest level of manganese was 700.677mg/kg in root,the second was in leaf and the lowest level was 139mg/kg in stem.The concentration change of the lead in Jinji tea was not in rules.Lead concentration was very different from root,stem and leaf,and its concentration was much lower than the national limit standard.The concentration change of cadmium was not high.
