猪骨蛋白对骨质疏松大鼠血中AKP和OST的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨猪骨蛋白对骨质疏松大鼠血中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和骨钙素(OST)水平的影响。方法:取3月龄Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成对照组(A组)、生理盐水组(B组)、阳性对照组(C组)、200 mg骨蛋白组(D组)1、00 mg骨蛋白组(E组)5,0 mg骨蛋白组(F组)。A组大鼠灌胃2.5 ml/d生理盐水,其它各组大鼠2.5 ml/(kg.d)肌肉注射地塞米松,2次/周,共6周造成骨质疏松模型。之后,A和B组灌胃5 ml/d生理盐水,C组灌胃300 mg/(kg.d)接骨7厘片,D,E,F组分别灌胃200 mg/(kg.d),100 mg/(kg.d),50 mg/(kg.d)猪骨蛋白。12周后取血测AKP和OST水平。结果:C,D,E,F组AKP和OST水平均比B组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:猪骨蛋白降低骨质疏松模型大鼠血中AKP和OST水平。Objective：To explore the influence of porcine bone protein to alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin. Methods：60 Wistar rats,which are about 3 monthes older,were divided into normal（A）,physiological saline（B）,possitive（C）,20 0 mg（D）,100 mg（E） and 50 mg group（F）.Exception of A group,which 2.5 ml/d of physiological saline was poured into rat,the rats in other groups were injecte d by dexamethasone,2.5 ml（kg·d）,2 times every week,total 6 weeks,the rat mo del of osteoporosis to be formed.Then,the rats in A and B groups were poured b y physiological saline,5 ml/d per rat.The rats in C groups were poured by 300 mg/（kg·d） of Jiegu Qili Pian.The rats in D,E,F groups were res pective ly poured into 200 mg/（kg·d）,100 mg/（kg·d） and 50 mg/（kg·d） of p orine bone protein. After 12 weeks,The levels of alkaline phosphatase（AKP） and osteoclacin（OST） in serum were detected. Results：Comparing with B group,the levels of AKP and OST in C,D, E and F group were obviously lower（P0.05）. Conclusion：Porcine bone protein decreases the levels of AKP and OST in the serum of rats with osteoporosis.
