摘  要:青浦实验是一项在教育管理部门不断支持下,由上海市教育界专家组成课题组,与各基层学校不断互动的地区基础教育改革工程。2002年,正式启动了教师“行动教育”实验。8年的“行动教育”,变革了教师在职教育方式,使行动学习成为教师群体的常态行为,有效回应了新课改的需求,促进了学生主动、生动、有效地学习,全面提高了学生学习质量,使区域教育呈现出均衡优质发展的面貌。Qingpu Experiment continued support by the education authorities, the education experts from the Shanghai Research Group, constant interaction with the primary schools in the area of basic education reform project. In 2002, officially launched the Teacher "Action Education" experiment. Eight years of "Action Education", change the way service education of teachers, so that action learning groups of normal behavior to become teachers, to respond effectively to the needs of the new curriculum, promoting student initiative, vivid, effective learning, improve the student learning quality, showing a balance of the regional education development in the face of quality.
