摘  要:当前我国新课程改革的一个重要方面是校本课程决策。校本课程决策应该面向优质学习。面向优质学习的校本课程决策机制要注意以下几点:校长要实行民主化的课程领导;充分发挥教师的课程决策作用;充分发挥学生的课程决策作用;适当发挥其他相关人员的课程决策作用。面向优质学习的校本课程决策操作要点包括:始终以优质学习为基本宗旨;特别强调校本课程的个性化;实现校本课程决策过程中的相关整合。One important aspect of the Current new curriculum reform in China is school - based curriculum decision - making, which should be oriented towards high quality learning. The mechanism of high - quality - learning school - based curriculum decision -making should pay attention to: the principal should carry on democratic curriculum leadership; to bring teachers' function in curriculum decision - making into full play ; to bring students' function in curriculum decision - making into full play; to bring other persons' function in curriculum decision - making into appropriate play. The operational essentials include : to take high quality learning as basic purpose from beginning to end; to especially emphasize personalized learning; to realize the related integration in the process of school - based curriculum decision - making.
