摘 要:用光反射法和重量法研究了化学抛光液组成和操作条件对抛光的影响,讨论了抛光机理,最佳抛光液组成和操作条件如下:磷酸-硫酸体积比80:20,硫酸镍,1.0g/L,YG05添加剂0.6g/L,水含量小于等于15g/L,温75℃,抛光时间4min。生产应用表明,磷酸-硫酸体系抛光液及其抛光工艺具有铝合金表面光亮度高,反应温芳低和无黄烟等优点,完全可以代替用磷酸-硫酸-硝酸体系抛光液对铝合金的化学抛光。Influence of composition of chemical polishing solution and operating conditions on the polishing effect of aluminium alloy was studied using optical reflection method and gravimetric method,and the polishing mechanism was discussed. The optimum composition of polishing solution and operating condition are as follows: volume ratio of phosphoric acid sulfuric acid of 80∶20,nickel sulfate concentration of 1 0g/L,YG05 additives concentration of 0 6g/L,water content less than 15g/L,temperature of 75℃,and polishing time of 4 min. It is shown from the experiments that the phosphoric acid sulfuric acid system polishing solution and its polishing technology have some advantages such as highly bright surface of aluminium alloy,low reaction temperature and free of yellow smoke pollution. This polishing solution can be used for chemical polishing of aluminium alloy in place of phosphoric acid sulfuric acid nitric acid system polishing solution.
