摘  要:选用稻米直链淀粉和蛋白质含量有差异的2个粳稻品种配制的杂交组合,以籽粒直链淀粉和蛋白质含量为选择指标对杂种后代进行连续的定向选择,研究直链淀粉和蛋白质含量选择对杂种后代稻米蒸煮食味品质和产量性状的影响。结果表明,随着直链淀粉和蛋白质含量的提高,杂种后代的食味值下降。直链淀粉和蛋白质含量高的株系,其最高黏度和下降黏度值低于直链淀粉含量低的株系,黏滞峰消减值则高于直链淀粉和蛋白质含量低的株系。直链淀粉含量的降低伴随着单株粒重、千粒重、每株穗数、每穗粒数的下降;蛋白质含量降低,每株穗数和千粒重降低,而每穗粒数和单株粒重增加。Influence of amylose and protein content selection in hybrid progenies of rice during breeding on quality and yield traits was found by using two crosses derived from two japonica rice varieties with significantly different amylose and protein contents.Results showed that high amylose and protein contents would result in descending peak viscosity and breakdown while in increasing setback.Low amylose contents would result in descending grain weight,1000-grain weight,grains per ear,and ears per plant.Low protein contents would result in descending ears per plant and 1000-grain weight while increasing grains per ear and grain weight.
