广西中等职业学校教师教育现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：通过对广西中职师资队伍素质及其教育现状的调查,发现存在师资数量严重不足、师资结构失衡和教师继续教育情况不尽如人意等问题。据此,建议从广开引进渠道、统筹各类资源、建立交流平台和改革培训方式等方面来加强师资队伍的建设。In this paper, the authors have made a research about the structure and the present situation of vocational teachers and found that the numbers of vocational teachers is insufficient, the structure is unbalance, and the continued education is not good enough. The authors also put forward some suggestions to strengthen teaching staff constructions which introduce qualified teacher, co-ordinate various resources, set up platform for communication and reform the way of training.
