摘　　要：通过优秀课程建设,能够带动专业建设工作和教师队伍的培养工作,使教学质量再上一个新台阶。本文以建设《高分子化学》精品课程为模板,介绍了《高分子化学》优秀课程的建设过程,通过积极与工厂进行产、学、研密切合作,在生产实习教学环节实施、教师工程实践能力培养、学生工程实践能力和实验动手能力培养等方面形成了特色,在学科体系建设、理论和实践教学内容和教学方法改进、师资队伍素质提高等方面进行了探索实践,取得了一些宝贵的经验。The construction of excellent curriculum can promote subject construction and the cultivation of faculty team to improve the teaching quality to a new level. Based on the model curricula construction of polymer chemistry, this paper introduced the process of excellent curriculum construction of polymer chemistry, the characteristic has been formed in performing teaching procedure of production practice, the cultivation of teachers＇ engineering practical capability, college students＇ engineering practical and handling capability through close cooperation of production, education and research with factories. Some precious experience has been obtained through exploration in the construction of subject system, in theoretical and practical reform of teaching contents and methods, and in the promotion of faculty team.
