摘　　要：构建和提升企业动态能力是企业适应环境快速变化、获取竞争优势的重要途径和手段,但对企业动态能力的影响因素,目前学术界对之并没有一致的看法。基于行为科学原理和企业组织能力的一般构成要素,提出了一个新的动态能力影响因素模型,为实际管理工作者构建和提升企业的动态能力指明了方向。Building and enhancing a firm＇ s dynamic capabilities is an important way and means to address rapid change in environment and to gain competitive advantage, but there is a consensus view on the influence factors of its dynamic capabilities in the academic circle. Based on the principle of behavior science and a general component of finn＇ s capability, this paper proposes a new theory model of influencing dynamic capabilities. The paper points out the future directions of enhancing dynamic capabilities for managers.
