摘　　要：本文从分析研究高职学生的综合素质现状入手,针对部分高职学生存在问题进行探索与思考,指出应结合企业对高职毕业生综合素质的要求,建立科学的综合素质培养体系。This essay analyzes the comprehensive performance of the students of vocational colleges,and makes a deep exploration of and thinking about the problems existing in part of students of vocational college,points out we should build scientific system of comprehensive performance cultivation combining with enterprise＇s requirement for higher vocational students.
