摘　　要：信息技术的发展促进了高等教育现代化,培养一支具有现代化教育技术素质能力的新型师资队伍,是我国成人高等院校适应新时期教育发展的需要,是当今成人高校进一步提高和改进教学工作,加强高水平教师队伍建设的需要。The development of information technology promotes the modernization of higher education.Building a highly qualified teaching staff with a good command of modern education technology is the responsibility that adult colleges should take to meet the requirement of the development of education in the new age.
