道德自我的确证及其价值意蕴

摘　　要：康德以意志自由为核心的道德世界观将形而上学的超验对象从认识的领域转移到伦理学领域;黑格尔以精神现象学揭示了客观精神的伦理、法权、道德的内在生长逻辑以及相应的伦理自我、教化自我、道德自我,确证了道德世界观与道德自我的超越性价值。唐君毅把道德理性和道德自我作为文化宇宙意识的主宰以及中国传统文化的精髓;冯友兰人生境界说中的道德境界也指向超越性道德自我价值。道德的本真精神在于克己和为他性、理想性、创造性;道德自我是将伦理德性、法权德性有机统一和升华,以良心和义务作为行为动因,体现个体道德自主性、自律性、自由性、同一性、超越性的完善人格精神实体。The morality world outlook in which will free was looked as core was taken as new foundation of metaphysics by Kant.Hegel revealed inherent growth logic from ethic,legal right to morality through spirit phenomenology as well corresponding triple forms about ethical substance ego,legal individual ego and moral subject ego which proved conclusively transcendent value of both morality world outlook and morality ego.As present New-Confucianist,Tang Junyi took morality rational and morality ego as both domination of cultural universe consciousness and quintessence of Chinese tradition culture.The morality realm in life realm doctrine which was advanced by Feng Youlan also directs transcendent value of morality ego.The real spirit of morality lies in the characters such as both being strict with self and being for others,idealistic,as well creative.Morality ego is perfect personality spirit entity which unifies and sublimates ethical virtue and legal right virtue,which takes conscience and duty as motive reason of behaving,as well as embodies the characters such as individual morality autonomy,automaticity,freeness,identity,exceeds,etc.
