德州地区野生黄伞菌种分离及发酵条件的初步研究

摘　　要：首次在德州发现野生黄伞,并成功分离、保种,得到菌种命名为DZS1。通过单因素试验对其液体发酵培养条件初步优化,确定了DZS1摇瓶发酵的最适摇瓶发酵工艺条件:起始pH值6.0,培养温度24℃,摇床转速165 r/min,摇瓶装量100 mL(250 mL摇瓶)。在此工艺基础上测定了DZS1的生长曲线。Pholiota adiposa （wild-type） was found in Dezhou for the first time. A strain of P. adiposa （wild-type） was isolated and named DZS1. The submerged fermentation procedure was established by using single factor method optimization, the inocula incubated statically on a rotary shaker at 165 r/min, and 24 ℃ in 250 mL flasks containing 100 mL of synthetic medium （original pH 6. 0）. With this understanding, the curve of growth was presented.
