摘  要:为了探明不同培养料对胞外酶活性的影响,设计了3种培养料配方,分别取其在菌丝覆面、菌丝半瓶、菌丝满瓶、原基出现、开伞期、子实体成熟6个生长期的粗酶夜,测定其分泌的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、淀粉酶等胞外酶的活性。结果表明,在不同培养料和不同生长发育阶段,元蘑菌丝所分泌的胞外酶活性具有明显的差异性,但同种酶在不同培养料中酶活性的变化趋势是一致的。这说明,培养料的不同对胞外酶活性的变化趋势影响小,但是对其活性影响较大。In order to investigate the effect of different substrates on extracellular enzyme activities,three substrate formulas were designed to determine the extracellular enzyme activities of carboxmethycellulase,hemicellulase,laccase and amylase.The thick liquid enzymes at six developmental stages were drawed.The result indicated that the extracellular enzyme activities exhibited different levels in different substrates and different developmental stages.But change trends at the levels of each individual enzyme observed throughout the sampling period were generally very similar irrespective of the composition of the cultivation substrate.Different substrates have much effect on extracellular enzyme activities,but less to changing trend.
