摘　　要：介绍了不锈钢板涂胶生产线的组成和运料机械手的基本结构、工作原理。针对机械手传动机构复杂、工作频率高、动作要求准确的特点,采用单片微型计算机进行控制,阐述了微机控制的基本原理、接口电路及程序设计方法。This paper introduces the composition of stainless-steel coating production line and the fundamental structure, the principle of hauling manipulator. According to the complex transmission mechanism, high frequency and accurate action of the manipulator controlled by single chip microcomputer, which are expounded the basic principles of microcomputer control, interface circuit and programming method.
