摘　　要：研究莱茵塑分PP在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。试验结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中采用莱茵塑分PP,胶料门尼粘度降低,炭黑分散性提高,挤出工艺性能明显改善,硫化胶撕裂强度增大,生热降低,成品轮胎耐久性能提高。The application of Aktiplast PP in tread compound of TBR tire was investigated.The test results showed that,by using Aktiplast PP in tread compound of TBR tire,the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased,the dispersity of carbon black and the extrudability of compound improved,the tear strength of vulcanizate increased,the heat build-up decreased,and the endurance of finished tire improved.
