逆商教育与高职院校学生就业逆境归因分析

摘　　要：本文从心理学角度出发,对处于高就业逆境期的高职毕业生,提出以"逆商教育"的方法提高逆商水平,以排解当前紧张的就业形势对高职学生心理的负面影响,改善学生的就业心态,为学生的就业规划与职业发展服务。From the psychological point of view,this article exerts that the method of ＂ adversity quotient education ＂ serves the role of enhancing the level of adversity quotient,resolving the negative impact of current tight employment situation on vocational students,improving their employment attitude,and giving vocational students＇ employment planning and career development in the background of high stress on the job hunting of the vocational graduates.
