江苏省中小学教师心理压力及其差异比较研究

摘　　要：调查江苏的不同地区、城乡、不同学校类型及不同学历等方面教师心理压力,采用自编"中小学教师压力问卷调查表"进行抽样调查,揭示教师普遍承受着较大的心理压力,相关部门应引起必要的重视,并针对江苏省不同地区、不同类型的教师心理压力的差异性,提出一些解决策略。This paper researches into the mental pressure of teachers from different areas,cities,countries,schools with different diplomas on the basis of a self-designed questionnaire concerning ＂pressure of teachers in primary and secondary schools＂.It reveals that teachers universally bear a great degree of mental pressure,which calls for the necessary attention of related administrative departments and the solution according to different areas in Jiangsu Province and different types of teachers.
