我国职教师资国际交流与合作的现状及发展建议

摘　　要：我国的职业教育在党和政府的高度重视下得到了长足发展,与国外交流不断加强,通过对来自全国50多个基地和38个省市有关职教师资国际交流与合作方面资料的分析,认真总结了职教师资交流与合作的形式与内容,以及取得的相关成果,并对职教师资国际交流与合作未来在长效机制建立、引进智力资源以及学习过程中强调本土化的改造等方面进行了探讨。Vocational education in our country has developed fast with the attention of CPC and the government,and its exchange with the international world has been constantly strengthened.By analyzing the materials concerning the international exchanges and cooperation of the teaching staff of vocational education from more than 50 bases of 38 provinces and cities,the form and content of such exchange and cooperation are concluded,relative achievements are summarized as well.More discussion is conducted over the establishment of a long acting mechanism,intellectual resources introduction and the stressing of the reform of localization during the study process.
