摘  要:为探讨以问题为基础的学习法(Problem Based Learning,PBL)在肿瘤学教学中的应用效果,采用考核和问卷调查方式对PBL教学效果进行评估,与传统教学法相比较,PBL教学模式能增强学生的病例分析能力,调动学生的主观能动性、增加学习兴趣,并且能增强学生的肿瘤综合治疗和循证医学理念方面。在传统的病例书写、技能操作上也不逊于传统教学法,说明在肿瘤学实习带教中实施PBL教学法对于绝大多数学生而言是可行的。Subjective To explore the role of problem-base learning(PBL) mode in oncology teaching.Methods Examination and questionnaire survey were performed to evaluate the role of PBL mode.Results Compared with the traditional teaching mode,PBL mode can improve students’ cases analysis ability,subjective initiative and learning interest.Meanwhile it made students better understand tumor comprehensive therapy and evidence-based medicine.The students learning with PBL mode achieved equal or better results on the case history writing and operating skills,compared to those learning with the traditional teaching mode.Conclusion It is feasible to carry out PBL mode in practice teaching of oncology for most students
