摘 要:运用工作-家庭冲突问卷、应对方式问卷和工作卷入与家庭卷入期望调查表,调查200名高校教师。调查结果显示:不同行业从业者的工作-家庭冲突水平有所不同;高校教师的工作-家庭冲突与家庭卷入期望呈正相关,与工作卷入期望和性别不相关;高校教师的工作家庭-冲突与成熟的应对方式弱负相关,与其他应对方式没有相关性;高校教师应对工作-家庭冲突的方式较为成熟,不成熟的应对方式使用较少。鉴此,提出进行个体干预训练等降低工作-家庭冲突水平的对策。With work-family conflict questionnaire,coping strategy questionnaire,and questionnaires of expectation of work involvement and family involvement,this paper investigates 200 college teachers.The investigation results show that the work-family conflict level varies from practitioners of different businesses;work-family conflict of college teachers is of positive correlation with family involvement and of non correlation with work involvement and sex;work-family conflict of college teachers is of weak negative correlation with mature coping strategy and of non correlation with other coping strategy;college teachers' coping strategies against work-family conflict are relatively mature,immature coping strategies are less.Based on the results,this paper puts forward countermeasures such as individual interference to reduce the level of work-family conflict.
