摘 要:混合式步进驱动系统的综合性能一方面依赖于电机本体的设计水平,但在很大程度上还跟随并取决于驱动技术的发展水平。不同于传统整、半步驱动方式下的比较,作者在当今不断发展并日趋成熟的基于电流控制技术的微步驱动方式下,对五相和二相混合式步进驱动系统的综合性能作了新的比较。指出在新的驱动方式下,相对较低成本的二相系统的综合性能能够达到并有可能超过高性能的、昂贵的五相系统的综合性能。The over-all performance of a stepping driving system, basically depending on the design of the stepping motor, follows and eventually is determined by the driving technique. Differing to the comparison between two and five phase stepping driving systems operating at the conventional full-and-half step mode, a new comparison is made at micro-step driving mode based on the current-profile control technique. It is concluded that the over-all performance of the comparatively low cost two-phase system can match, even may exceed that of the high performance but costly five-phase system; and the domination of the two-phase system in stepping driving market for a period corresponding to the current profile control technique will come to fact.
