摘　　要：高校酒店专业学生毕业后很少愿意在酒店就职,学仅仅满足于掌握技能这一低级层面,应当更加重视培养学生的心理素质,为酒店培养爱岗敬业的专业人才。Very few graduates majored in hotel management are willing to work with hospitality industry,which indicates the great disadvantage of the practical teaching system.This paper highlights the practical teaching system in the whole curriculum of hotel management program,and points out that the university educators should give priority to improving student＇s professional emotions.The author further explores the approaches of constructing an applicable hands-on courses system.
