摘　　要：列举了目前国内外主流的个人知识管理的定义,分析了个人知识管理的内容。依据知识管理的流程研究构建了个人知识管理共享平台模型,并以用户和资源为中心设计了共享平台的功能模块,介绍了建设共享平台所采用的软件和技术。This paper lists several mainstream definitions of personal knowledge management in China and foreign countries, analyzes the contents of personal knowledge management, and constructs the model of personal knowledge management sharing platform according to the research on the procedures of knowledge management, and based on users and resources, designs the functional modules of the sharing platform, and introduces the software and techniques adopted in the construction of the sharing platform.
