摘  要:目的了解惠州市饮服从业人员及腹泻患者沙门氏菌携带情况和特点,及时发现带菌者并给予治疗与管理,并为沙门氏菌病防治工作提供指导意见。方法采用肛拭子法采样,细菌常规培养分离方法分离沙门氏菌,然后进行血清学鉴定和分型。结果惠州市饮服从业人员与腹泻患者沙门氏菌的感染率为2.47‰,其中饮服从业人员感染率为0.22%,腹泻患者感染率为4.42%。惠州市饮服从业人员与腹泻患者感染的沙门氏菌的血清型比较单一,主要以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为主。夏秋季带菌率相对较高。结论沙门氏菌病已越来越多地威胁到人们的健康,因此,沙门氏菌病的监测、预防工作不可忽视。Objective To understand the carrying situation and characteristics of Salmonella in workers of catering trade and diarrhea cases in Huizhou, and detect carriers and provide treatment and management in time, and provide guidance for salmonellosis prevention and control. Method Anus swabs were collected and Salmonella were isolated by conventional methods, and serum agglutination test was used for identification and classification. Result The infection rate of Salmonella workers of catering trade and diarrhea cases in Huizhou was 2.47 %o, being 0.22% in workers of catering trade and 4.42% in diarrhea cases. The serotypes of Salmonella infected in workers of catering trade and diarrhea cases in Huizhou were relatively single, mainly based on Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis. The carrier rate was relatively high in summer. Conclusion Salmonellosis has been increasing to be a threat to human health, therefore, surveillance and prevention efforts to salmonella disease can not be ignored.
