高职旅游院校职业素质养成教育的思考——以宁波城市职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：旅游职业素质在高职旅游教育中是一个十分严肃、紧迫和重要的问题。只有抓好学生的职业素质教育，才能提高旅游高等职业教育的质量，才能培养出合格的优秀的旅游人才。笔者结合旅游职业特点和旅游企业对从业人员的要求，对职业素质和旅游职业素质的内涵和构成进行了分析和界定，并结合我院实际提出高职旅游院校应依靠三支队伍，采用三种形式，从三个层次和三个阶段全面推进旅游职业素质教育工作。Tourism professional quality in higher education in tourism is a very serious, urgent and important issue, and only do a good job of quality education students in vocational, higher vocational education in order to improve the quality of tourism in order to train the best qualified tourism personnel. In this paper, characteristics of travel and tourism business career employees at the request of professional quality and tourism professional quality content and composition were analyzed and defined, and actually made our hospital with higher tourism institutions should rely on three teams, using three forms, from the three levels and three stages of professional quality comprehensive education to promote tourism.
