摘 要:在水下机器人做为探测海洋的手段问题的研究中,针对框架结构优化问题,为了最大程度的减小自治水下机器人(Au-tonomous underwater vehicle,AUV)运行中的阻力,提高能量的利用率,在已设计的AUV框架结构的基础上,提出了三种导流罩形状模型,利用流体分析软件Fluent对模型的外流场,获取每种模型的受力情况。进行仿真计算,得到AUV导流罩外形几何参数对流体动力学的影响,选出较优模型,得到AUV导流罩几何参数的优化。经过分析,对优选模型进行外流场压强和速度满足要求,验证了以上分析的可靠性,并为进一步AUV整体结构力学计算提供依据,具有一定的实用价值。In order to minimize the resistance during operation and raise the energy utilization ratio of Autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV),based on the being designed AUV frame construction,three types of models for AUV dome on bow are put forward,and numerical simulation of its external flow field is processed with the CFD analysis software Fluent to gain the force condition of every model.According to the comparative analysis for the results,the influence of external form geometry parameters of AUV dome on bow on fluid dynamics is gained,and the best model is selected,then the geometry parameters optimization of AUV dome on bow is finishied.On this basis,simulation of pressure and velocity distributions in the external flow field for the selected model is carried out,and reliability of the analysis before is validated.The result can provide reference for mechanical compute of AUV construction,and it is of practical value.
