摘　　要：临床实训是培养医学生临床思维能力和实践技能的关键步骤，作为医学教育过程中的一个重要的组成部分，临床实训的差异直接影响着医学生的实习效果，因此加强临床教学质量的影响因素分析十分必要。the clinical practice is to cultivate students＇ clinical thinking ability and practical skills in the key steps. As a medical education in the process of a very important constituent, clinical teaching level directly determine the medical students＇ practical effect, thus strengthening the influence factors of the clinical teaching quality analysis is necessary.
