摘 要:基于经典数学的非此即彼思维模式,培训需求分析在确定个性化培训需求的边界方面存在严重缺憾。文章以胜任力成熟度为培训需求分析视角,基于模糊数学的亦此亦彼思维模式,在员工胜任力成熟度分析中引入了隶属度范畴,并通过模糊划分建立了4个模糊集合。文章还进一步地阐释了这一更具操作性的分析框架在个性化培训需求分析中的具体运用。According to the either - or thinking of classical math, there are serious deficiencies in training demands analysis when it is used to determine the boundaries of individual training demands. In this paper, from the perspective of the maturity of competence, subordinating degree categories is introduced into the analysis of staff competence, which is based on both - this - and - that thought patterns of fuzzy mathematics. Meanwhile, four fuzzy sets are established through fuzzy partition. Furthermore, a more analytical framework applied for the personalization training demands analysis is illustrated.
