摘 要:固相微萃取(SPME)技术是一种新型的无溶剂样品预处理技术,主要用于气相色谱和液相色谱分析的样品制备。采用4种常用的SPME纤维头(100μm PDMS、7μm PDMS、85μm PA、50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS)对苹果挥发性成分的萃取效果进行了比较研究。结果表明,50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头对苹果中的酯、醛、醇、烷烃和烯烃类化合物均有较好吸附,100μm PDMS和85μm PA分别对酯和醇的吸附能力较强。50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头的萃取能力最强、萃取的物质最多,其余依次是100μm PDMS纤维头、85μm PA和7μm PDMS。因此,50/30μmDVB/CAR/PDMS的纤维头较适用于苹果挥发性成分的萃取。Solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) is a novel solventless sampling method.It has been widely used for volatile extraction of complex matrices prior to gas chromatography or liquid chromatography separation.Four fibers,i.e.100 μm PDMS,7 μm PDMS,85 μm PA,and 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS,were selected for extraction in apple volatile analysis.Results showed that: esters,aldehydes,alcohols,alkanes and alkenes were sensitive in 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber,while esters and alcohols were sensitive in 100 μm PDMS and 85 μm PV,respectively.The SPME of 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/ PDMS fiber showed high sensitivity and selectivity for the determination of volatile analyses.The rest sequence was 100 μm PDMS,85 μm PA and 7 μm PDMS fibers in turn.The results indicated that 50/30 μm DVB /CAR /PDMS were suitable for the extraction of volatile of apple.
