摘 要:本试验采用不同比例的木耳菌糠替代部分木屑袋栽滑菇,以培养料(木屑89%、麦麸10%、石膏1%)为对照,探讨木耳菌糠栽培滑菇的可行性。结果表明,木耳菌糠添加量25%~45%时,可缩短发菌天数,其中菌糠添加量为45%时,满袋天数仅需52 d,并且长势较好;但菌糠添加量为55%~65%时,则延长了发菌天数,而且菌丝稀疏,长势也弱。对照(CK)与木耳菌糠添加量是25%~45%时,子实体生长良好,并且出菇整齐;菌糠添加量为55%~65%,则出菇不整齐。CK的生物学效率最高,但配方4(菌糠45%、木屑34%、麦麸10%、石膏1%)的生物学效率与CK差异不大,从成本和生态效益考虑,配方4栽培滑菇具有可行性,并已在广灵县进行推广。This study used different proportions of waste material of Auricularia auricula to bag cultivate Pholiota nameko replacing part of the wood,using medium(wood chips 89%,wheat bran 10%,gypsum 1%) as control to explore the feasibility of bag cultivated Pholiota nameko by waste material of Auricularia auricula.The results showed that when the amount of Auricularia auricula waste material added 25% to 45%,the mycelium could shorten the number of days,in which the addition of waste material was 45%,the number of days fulled of bags only was 52 d,and the mycelium growed well.But when the addition level of waste material was 55% to 65%,the days of the mycelial phase extended,the mycelium was sparse,and growth was also weak.Control(CK) and the addition of Auricularia auricula waste material was 25% to 45%,fruiting bodies growed well,and fruiting was tidy.Waste material was 55%~65%,the fruiting becomed irregular.Biological efficient of CK was the highest,but the difference of biological efficiency between the formula 4(waste material 45%,34% sawdust,wheat bran 10%,gypsum 1%) and CK was little.Consideration of the cost and ecological benefits,formula 4 was feasible,which had been promoted in Guangling.
