摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌细胞株和胃癌组织中Hes1和Notch1表达规律。方法通过免疫组织化学技术,观察BGC-823人胃腺癌细胞株和不同类型胃癌组织中Hes1和Notch1的表达特点。结果在BGC-823胃癌细胞爬片中Hes1的免疫细胞化学染色可见绝大多数细胞阳性,Notch1的染色可见散在少数细胞阳性。胃癌组织免疫组化染色可见癌旁组织中正常幽门腺可见Hes1和Notch1阳性细胞,在增生和肠上皮化生的腺体可见比较多的Hes1和Notch1阳性细胞,管状腺癌中几乎为阴性,在肌层中浸润的癌细胞Hes1和Notch1阳性更加明显。肠化腺体、低分化腺癌和黏液腺癌中Hes1表达明显高于管状腺癌,淋巴管内癌细胞几乎全部Notch1阳性。结论胃癌组织中具有Hes1和Notch1表达的癌细胞,侵袭比较强的胃癌细胞可出现Notch1更加明显的表达。Objective To analyze the expression and their significance of Hes1 and Notch1 in gastric carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Hes1 and Notch1 in different types of gastric adenocarcinoma tissue and BGC-823 cells.The relationship between Hes1 and Notch1 expression characteristics of gastric carcinoma and progression were analyzed.Results A few of BGC-823 cells was demonstrated the immunostaining of Hes1 and Notch1.The positive cells of Hes1 and Notch1 was observed in para-neoplastic tissue with normal glandulae pyloricae.The more positive cells in hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia glandular was noticed.In contrast,expression of Hes1 and Notch1 was not observed in tubular adenocarcinoma tissue samples but significantly strongly expressed in the cancer cells invasived muscular tunic.The Hes1 expression level was significantly higher in intestinal metaplasia glandular,poor-differentiated adeno-carcinoma and mucus adenocarcinoma than those in tubular adenocarcinoma tissue samples.However,Notch1 expression was totally positive in the cancer cells invasived lymphangion.Conclusion Some carcinomous cells in the gastric adenocarcinoma tissue expressed Hes1 and Notch1.The gastric carcinoma cells with more invasive potence would express Notch1 highly.
