信息化背景下事例教学法在宪法课程中的运用

摘　　要：宪法的法律特性只有在有效地规范现实社会政治关系时才能得到充分体现。宪法是理论法学,也是应用法学,其应用价值是毫无疑义的。现实中随着权利保护和扩展不断出现的宪法事例,为宪法学研究注入了新的内容和动力。在信息化时代,充分地利用这些事例,训练学生的法律意识和宪法思维,发掘其中的宪法问题和法理,是中国宪法学发展的特殊途径。Only with an effective regulation of political relations in society can the legal characteristics of Constitution be fully reflected. Constitution law is both a theoretical jurisprudence and an applied jurisprudence, and certainly has application value. Subject to the current level of development of Constitution in China, the constitution can not be directly used in trial. As a result, there is a lack of relevant cases. Recently, application cases of Constitution arise with right protection, which has added new content and impetus to the study of Constitution. In the information age, making full use of these cases to arouse students legal consciousness and constitutional thinking, and exploring the issues and legal principles of constitution are magnificent approaches to develop Constitution study in China.
