摘　　要：随着高职教育的发展和社会对高技能人才日益增长的需求,越来越多的优秀考生开始垂青于高职院校。不断提高的生源质量,给高职教育带来新的活力的同时,也给高职教育服务提出更高层次的要求。改进高职院校教育服务策略,提高高职院校的办学软实力,是学生成才就业的迫切要求,也是高职院校建设发展的必然要求。With the development of higher vocational education and the increased demand for sopgiscated skilled personnel, higher vocational colleges are getting more and more popular among talented students. The enhancing of the quality of students has brought about drive to college but also pushes colleges to improve. To practice the strategy of serving the society, higher vocational colleges have to strengthen the soft power, meet students＇ requirement and further development.
